you can't wait to get finsihed? A quilt that seems never ending, a problem quilt, a challenging quilt? A quilt that just keeps you in a frustration every time you touch it? Know what I am talking about? This could very well be that quilt! I am soooooo tired of looking at it and fighting with it that I am not sure I want to keep it. (it was suppose to be for us to keep for our spare bedroom) Grrrr! Yet it maybe beautiful in the end.
Thanks for listening
P.s. I have finished quilting it tonite and just got to do the binding yet. Hoping that may go smoothly.

Yes! You keep plugging away at it because you darn well won't let it defeat you. The harder you try to fix it, the worse it gets. You almost give up but you know it will sit on the U.F.O shelf just mocking you if you didn't get it done. Now all you need to do is find some lucky person (sucker) to gift it to so you never have to look at it again!

I always have 6 to 12 projects going...some hide as UFO since they have been a PITA or because I am re-thinking a color or pattern design....I move from one to another to get them completed..some have been in time-out for a yr or more but when I get them out they seem to have grown on me so they are exactly what I wanted, when I pull them back out...seems things have a way of working out when you think about them over time

Good job sticking to it and getting it done. I have made a couple quilts that were definitely not my favorites and was happy not just to complete them but to pass them on to the new owners. Once out of my house the stress was gone and I could enjoy a new project.

The wallhangings I'm working on are taking FOREVER! I do what I can in my spare time. A lot of it has been fabric matching and drawing out the templates. Its been one of those projects where I have had problems every step of the way and even when I haven't had problems its been incredibly time consuming.
