Hi Everyone,

I'm wondering if anyone has ordered from this company before and what your experience might have been, good or bad. I just placed an order a couple of days ago, and went to call them today when I needed to give them some important shipping info that I forgot to mention on the online order I made.

They suggest you use their email for Customer Service matters. Since I need to get this info to them sooner than later, I looked all over for a phone number. Couldn't find one on their site. Did a Google search, and the two phone numbers that I found had both been disconnected. To further add to my concern, there was a hit there from Ripoff Report. I clicked on it and found one unhappy customer who never received their order and had troubles getting a hold of them, too.

Now, I'm wondering if they are still in business, and how concerned I should be about my order. I did end up sending them an email using their form - which states they try to reply within 48 hours.

I happened along their site when I was looking at reviews for Creative Grids rulers, which is what I ordered from them. I look forward to hearing from any of you regarding your experiences.

Thanks,

I haven't ordered anything from them but I was thinking about ordering some fabric dyes.

Hope your fears are unwarranted.

I hope my fears are unwarranted, too. I will report back so everyone will know about my experience, good or bad.

Happy sewing,

Call the better business bureau that services that area and see if there have been other complaints and ask what their current phone number is

Thanks amma, guess I was overlooking the obvious on this one. I looked them up on line at BBB, and I'm afraid the report isn't very promising - they have a "F" rating! Yikes. The phone number they list I tried earlier, finding it was disconnected.

I found this paragraph at the tail end of my on line order form:

"Our recent move from New England to Texas created disruption beyond belief. We're dealing with it and are working the problems as quickly as we can. We hope you understand.

Fabrics to Dye For Management"

:?: :?: Hmm. Looks like I might possibly have some problems with my order.

Uh oh, more bad news!

After I read about their move from the New England area, I decided to do more searching. The BBB gave them an "F" rating for their business there, too! Yikes!

I want to cancel my order, but not sure how to proceed if I can't even get a hold of them. Any ideas for me??

Thanks rilene,

I see you're just up north from me. I'm near Woodland Park. Howdy neighbor! :D

Call your credit card company and they will cancel the charge to your card. It is the only way to stop the process. You can always re-order if they get their act together.

That's what I would do, cancel on your credit card order.
