I emailed Planted Seed Designs about the extra postage on my fabric order. I riled up some people on this board, but here is the response:
Thank you for contacting us regarding the collected postage concern. We were aware we had a glitch in our system when we had to raise our rates because the US Postal Service raised theirs but it appears it still exists. Your on-line postage should have been $4.95.
My sister and business partner, Jean Thompson, will phone you later this afternoon for your credit card number so we can credit your account the difference.
Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. We'll be investigating this further.
So I am happy I emailed and there will be a resolution for everyone!
