Just wondering if there is a eye spy block swap going on.
I'm new at this so not sure how it works.

You'd want to look in the classifieds part of this website, and if there isn't one, you can start one. Just suggest the size and shape you want to swap, and give us an idea of what you mean by "I Spy." i.e. Do you mean for boys, for girls, a certain theme, etc?
