I have wanted it for a long time and am so anxious to start on my old denim jeans faux cathedral window quilt! Anyone else have fun suggestions for this awesome tool?

I love mine. Practice on a few scraps before you start. I think there might be a you tube video out there to watch as well. It just took a little practice to get the hang of it. One I did, I was able to cut dozens of circles in about 15-20 minutes.

How small can you cut? I just cut 408 1" circles yesterday. Will it cut small?

Use mind to make stacknwack coasters -- so 4 layers of fabric. Practice is important before you do your actual cutting. They do work, takes a leap of faith not to pull the fabric around changing the circle shaping, but use the ratchet to continue to circle.
I use the BACK of my cutting mat, no reason to use it face up as the lines are of no use.
Might look for a video....

I would heavy starch my fabric first.
And use a rotating mat as you cut, don’t try it with one.

Drunkards path should be able to be done with a circle cutter. It may take some experimenting to be sure how to do it.
