Hi All, I have found fabric calculators that will give me yardage needed for the blocks - but can't find one that will give me blocks plus borders or sashing - anyone know of an online site where I could find this?

    Thanks

I saw the fabric calculators at my fabric store. Can't figure out how to use them. No use for me.

This one will give you yardage for borders and backing. Just plug your sashing measurements in as rectangles and you'll get the yardage for that as well. http://vrya.net/quilt/classic.php

MerryJ; I have the Quilter's Fabricalc. It does sashing ,borders, blocks; diamonds, ect..... I will sell it to you real cheap. It takes longer to figure out how to use it , than to just figure it in my head. Elaine

I suppose I am lucky. As drafter by trade (in a previous life) I calculate the fabric needs and add a yard or two. lol
