Welcome to the Quilting Board!

I agree... I don't do precuts of any kind... I like to wash fabric before cutting it..
The QUALITY of the fabric is most important. That is what I was taught by Harriet Hargrave. Good Luck in your adventure. The public is very finicky so be precise with what you do.
A Good Friend, like an old quilt, is both a Treasure and a Comfort
Quality is #1. If it's cheap I'll look but if it feels thin or is already really frayed I won't take it home even if it's super cheap. Color is a close #2. Price is last but that's not to say it's not important too.
Quality is number one.

Always be true to yourself!
Quality first. If I can't identify the manufacturer, I won't buy it at any price, even if the color is perfect.
Quality, Color, then Price for me, too, but you're asking a bunch of mostly Americans what their preferences are for precuts that will, I assume, be shipped from Australia. Personally, I would have to think very long and hard about buying anything that had to be shipped that far. With fabric prices so high where you are, I'd guess that your local/regional target market would likely give entirely different feedback. Best of luck.
The Earth without art is just "Eh".
i'm more inclined to go for the colors/patterns, then price.

The quality! If it is substandard. Yukky fabric it is not worth my money regardless of what it is priced.

I look for color or pattern. Quality is next. Price is least important.

Definitely quality. I don't like to work with cheap feeling fabrics. Next probably is price, then color. I can work with most colors, but can't work with all prices!
