There is a yo-yo type template that you can get that is easy to make flowers. They come in different styles and sizes.

There is a book called Fantastic Fabric Folding by Rebecca Wat that has some wonderful ideas.
Couldn't you also use prairie points in a pinwheel pattern?

I had never heard of this product Dolphyngrl so I looked for it online and watched the video. These would make adorable headbands for little girls and something to do while watching TV or waiting for appointments.

I would suggest youtube, and search fabric flowers. Seems I can always find what I need there. Very inexpensive classes. lol
