I have done a lot of hand quilting but have never 'hired out' to do it for someone else. How much do you charge? By the inch? Square foot?

around here the amish lady who does hand quilting for us charges 2.5 cents per square inch-
i'm sure as with anything location matters-
and experience-time frame-ect....the prices probably vary greatly-i would check around your location to determine what the going price is- you don't want to over charge too much or under-cut yourself either.
