Thread: Fabric Row Philadelphia PA

My husband found Fabric Row in Philly on the internet. Has anyone been there? Is there quilting material? I can't wait to check it out.

I heard it is a great place. I am not sure where it is in Phila.........Michele

It is on S. 4th st.
Not far from the Liberty Bell which is at 5th and Chestnut.
They are not like Local Quilt shops. there is also a button store.

They are like the fabric shops in New York on that tv show with Hedi Klum.

Fabric Row is around 4th and Bainbridge Sts. which is a little south of South Street. You may find some quilting cottons there, but mostly it is clothing and upholstery fabrics and trimmings. Growing up in Philly I shopped there a lot when I was still sewing garments or making drapes.
