I was so excited to go to Walmart yesterday to find fabric. They brought to back last week. The only problem I had was I had to wait for the male assistant manager to cut it because no one else knew how. I said, "No offense but maybe you need to get someone who knows how to cut fabric so customers don't have to wait." They were also trying to work on a small cutting table with a lot of other things stacked on it. I hope it gets better. I'm just glad it's back and the price was decent for decent fabric.

Send and email to the corprate and let them know that they have some bugs that need to be worked out of their new fabric dept. I did and it has been at least 85% perfect. I never expect perfect from WalMart but they are trying.

I was in my Walmart today and lo and behold they had some fabrics and a lot of other crafts they are stocking. The cutting table is a little smaller and so is the area but that's okay. They had interfacings, felt by the yard a lot of battings, etc. The same lady who worked it before was there stocking.

Some stores seem to be getting more while others don't.

Our Wal Mart is putting in a fabric dept. Waiting doesn't bother me. I love Wal Mart fabrics and have bought lots of it over the years.

I was at our Walmart yesterday applying for a job (I need one!) and I knew I needed some denim needles so I thought, if anything, I'll waste 5 minutes looking and if they don't have anything I'll walk over to joann's. BUT they had the needles and a very limited precut fabric selection, maybe about 6 or 7 prints and 4 rolls of fleece. Very disappointing. However they are upgrading to a super center and there was a lot of dust, and a little sign saying ask to see more fabric selection!! Yay!!! I'm hoping this means that they're keeping it in the back where there's less dust! FINGERS CROSSED!!
