I'm looking for information on how to do trapunto on a long arm. I can only find tutorials on regular home machines.

Any one have any suggestions?

that is a really cool video. Looks alot easier than poking stuffing into a hold after you have loaded your quilt on LA

I don't see that there has to be any difference in doing it on the longarm vs on a DSM. I used water soluble thread to baste around the areas that I wanted puffy, then took the quilt off the machine and cut away the batting. Back on the machine with more batting under everything, and quilt pretty much as usual, leaving the trapunto area less densely quilted. You could also do the stuffing method.
