Anyone ever purchase fabric from a Facebook quilt fabric business?

I mostly shop locally. Do very little online shopping! We have 3 privately owned quilt shops here in Corpus Christi. So there's more than enough fabric to purchase here. When I think of shipping and can spend less than that just going down the road, I'll buy locally. There are other towns on the outskirts that I can also go to purchase fabric.

No. I don't want to be involved with buying anything through Facebook. It gives them too much information about me.

I buy online a lot, but usually through online stores, not FB. Kinda like Sue, FB knows enough about me as it is, so no more help with information acquiring.

I have purchased lots of things thru etsy without any problems. I go thru Paypal for payment. I also sell on Etsy and have never had any issues with my buyers.

I've purchased from ETSY and have always been very satisfied. Never purchased from a FB company, although a few of the embroidery sites I purchase from have FB pages.

I've never heard of a store on FB. I've only seen PR stuff--but not a store.

A friend of mine told me about one she heard about from her Guild. The gal posts fabric all day long. I love to read the comments about the different fabric.
