I've always had good service from Allbrands. Reasonable prices and quick shipping.

Boah, I am quite p.........ed right now. After not beeing able to get throgh to them by mail I just called again, and again and again.
Having just a real person at the other end was amazing but stupidly she put me through to the office of the payment verifikation................and there was this answering machine. The Lady had gone for lunch. I left a message that I will call again in one hour. They have my phonenumber but sure wont call.
After an hour there was still the answering machine and I left a message, that I dont want to leave a message but speak to a real person.

Well this person send me five minutes later a mail saying that I HAVE TO change my paying method as the authorization of my vica card has been canceled. (BY WHOM???) Now I am suposed to wire money which would cost me another 30$ the least and I just asked to cancel my order and confirm that with a mail. Have to look what happens..............
I dont wire money to a online shop and maybe never see the hoop. They quoted on the order form 140 some$ for shipping and now she wrote she has to find out whether they can send it by USPS direkt from the manufacturer!?

Probably a blessing that they cancelled it. If something starts out so bad, chances are it won't get better as you go more into it. Have you tried Marshall Dry Goods? They are also online, not sure of all products they have, but I have bought several times from them and they are great!!

My only experience with them was a good one. Sorry that you had a problem.

sure a blessing. Got the advice to contact Kathy Quilts in Utah and guess what: they promise me the hoop within 10 days for the same shipping cost as allbrands. Keep fingers crossed that this will work out.
