    Default Farmer's Wife Sampler Quilt

I have had this book for several years and just decided to start working on it and have discovered that the CD only has templates. No sizes. I can figure some of them out but I do not want to print off 100 individual templates. Has anyone else done this and is there a better...easier way?

I will be watching this thread. I have printed off some of the templates, but it is wasting paper. the templates are so small. I also thought a lot of the 6" blocks were to be paper pieced but haven't found that yet.

There were a couple threads on here with people doing the quilt, maybe search and review those? (I'm not good at inserting them as a link....)

Hi Homespun, I hosted the The FWS Sampler Quiltalong and The FWS Pony Club Quiltalong..The threads are still available. you would just have to follow them from the start...I also figured out the rotary cutting for the blocks..They also are in the weekly threads..Just thought you would like to know...They are in the "Blocks of the Week & month"

I went and looked in "blocks" but your block numbers do not match my block numbers or names...

Can you not print at 200%... or what ever size you need to increase to?

Homespun, Tht's because you have to go into the "archives". It's the first FWS you are looking for..that was done starting August 4, 2010.. The ones you see are the 2nd & 3rd book by Laurie Aaron Hird .

I just got my book today and checked the CD and there is a link for paper piecing all the blocks. I didn't check every one of them but it looks like they are all there.

I just bought that book with CD at a lovely quilt show where there was a recycle section for only $1.00. I did look at the CD and it had paper piecing patterns for the blocks. That's the only way I would make them.
