What is your favorite online fabric/quilting/sewing store?

Do they have better prices, better choices?

Thanks!

I'd have to say overall Fabric.com because I've never gotten a poor quality fabric there, prices are reasonable, and shipping is FAST.

Hancocks of Paducah is *good* but the ship time is LOOOOOONG. Huge selection. Good prices. Sales are great. Their ordering system is not very clear, and the last couple orders I thought I "got" several fabrics, only to find out a week later that "backorder" really means "cancelled".

One I found from here was Quilt Fabric Closeouts. Great prices, great quality. The package was packed with such care, it was BEAUTIFUL. Like, they really care about their fabric there.

I did the free deal thing from Missouri Star Quilt Co, and I think I'll have to shop them more often. There's something really, really good about these folks. I just can't quite put my finger on it. It's the personable nature that gets me, I think. :D

I order a lot of fabric from fabric.com and I take advantage of their free shipping offer with a purchase $35 or more. The fabric arrives in just a couple of business days.

I just placed my first order with Jo Jo's Quilt Shoppe
http://www.jojosgiftshoppe.com/

They had a sale (so that is always good) but I also must say that I enjoyed the checkout feature for shipping. When you checkout you can select to be notified if there is room in your box for additional items at no extra shipping charge. I selected that option and then was notified that I had room in my box (and I could add 6 charm packs or another 2 bali strip packs; or something the equivalent). I got 3 honeybuns LOL.

Also, there is a chat feature on the page, and as I was adding the honeybuns to my order I wanted to make sure that they would fit, so I hit the chat button..... well any way they looked up my order and assured me they would fit in the box for no additional charge. At that time I mentioned that I really needed 1 more than what they had in stock.... so she looked up in their inventory and saw they had a shipment coming in with more. I told her she could hold my order until it all was there, so I haven't got it yet and can't speak as to how fast the shipping is.... but I do know the personalized service is top notch!

I have had good service and good quality fabrics from Over the Rainbow in Washington state. I have ordered from them several times and have always been pleased with the results.

Can I toot my own horn? If you are looking for Moda charm packs, I've got those. Also quilting books and lots of patterns. I ship everyday, Monday through Friday, and sometimes on Saturday as well. You can pay with PayPal or a credit card thru PayPal Express. And the best part is shipping is free on all orders! No minimum. US Only.

Sometimes if I over order an item I will list some here in the Buy/Sell/Trade section usually for a little cheaper than the website price.
