I'm looking for a quilt pattern that has what look like "Starlight" mints, the kind that have the twisted celephane on each side. Does anyone know where I can find this pattern?

This one has always reminded me of peppermints; not sure if it is the one you were looking for, though. It is from Quilter's Cache. http://quilterscache.com/P/PeppermintSpinnersBlock.html

Thanks for the link but that's isn't it. I should have stated it looks like the peppermint is still in the celephane.

I have seen one before in a Darlene Zimmerman book. Just can't think of the name of it right now. In the 30's fabric she used, it looked like taffy wrapped up in waxed paper.

I participated in a Row Robin and one of our group did a candy themed quilt. Her first row was a wrapped piece of candy. It was so cute! She got the pattern out of a magazine but I don't remember which one. It was made by Kathy N on this board. Maybe you can PM her to see which magazine it was. Take a look: You have to scroll down a little to see the pic of it. http://www.quiltingboard.com/t-44827-25.htm

Maybe not what you are looking for but there is a nice "Peppermint Twist"
at fatquartershop.com.

I saw one yesterday while I was looking for free jelly roll quilt patterns. Can't see it quickly looking through my history but maybe that might head you in the right search direction.
