Bitsy is having a problem: there is aloud noise from the bobbin area when I sew. I checked to make sure everything is installed properly, I've set the bobbin three times, and the clacking just won't go away. There is a little play in the bobbin when she's at work. Can anyone see a problem from the photo?

I just checked mine and when "seated" the little latch is level at 9 and 3 on a clock. Try putting it in evenly. Other than that it looks normal.

Did you try to re-thread your machine. I always start with that before checking anything else.

See if there is a tiny bit of thread caught in the latch or in the bobbin case anywhere. It doesn't take a very big piece of thread to cause trouble.
