Not the greatest camera but it should do.
This is my "forget-me-Knot" using a special child's outgrown clothing and is almost finished. My question is this. I haven't acquired yet the knowledge of meandering. The outer "skirt" green should be tacked together someway but don't know what to do. I am going to "tie" all of the corners of the blocks with the knot on the back side. Pretty sure I will be able to hide the knots.
Also the green "skirt" is 9" deep with the head end 14" for pillow as not to hide the panels

Sweet quilt, sweet baby. Yes, I'd tie that border too.

It's adorable! But if the quilt is going to be used and washed a lot I would tie more often than just the corners to keep the batting from shifting and shreading. Also if you tie with embroidery thead and leave the ends (abouut 1/2 inch) exposed it adds a cute texture to the quilt.

I split it, 3. also make sure you double or triple the knots for staying power. I did ths on a puppy quilt that got waished weekly and it held up for years.
