Thanks to this Board, someone mentioned about using a rotating cutting mat to turn the fabric rather than moving the fabric when cutting. I have an older June Tailor one and wasn't that thrilled with it. I went to Joann's today and purchased the Fiskars small and large size, they are on sale for 40% plus I had the 20% off total purchase. Was able to get both of them for less than retail of the larger one. I spent $24.11 on both of them. Got them home and have to admit, I like them. Put them on my cutting table and cut some triangles, and really liked how they moved. Used my $5 on a pattern. Their big sale starts tomorrow. Maybe I'll go back and see, hard for me to turn down fat quarters when they are on sale.

I bought the 8"x 8" and the 14"x 14" sizes. they are nice and I am pretty surprised/happy with them.

I bought a small one to see how I liked it. I will eventually get a larger one, but it will have to wait a while on my "wish list".

I have them both and love them. Wore out the orginal Brocklyn revolver, and now they are sooo over priced.

I don't have a Fiskars, but I do like the Olfa rotating mat.

I also bought a 14"x14" Fiskars at Joann's when it was on sale and love it.

I have the larger one as where I shopped that day didn't have the small one. I would probably have gotten both if they had them. I love mine and am not sure how I could do some cuts without it. :)
