Hi
I was at a craft show and one of the vendors had a shawl made of fleece that seemed to be a width of fleece with knit wristbands at each end. Has anyone seen these and, more importantly, know where I can find a pattern for them? It would be a perfect gift for my mother whose shoulders and arms get cold in the evenings! I would appreciate any help you can give.

Not sure if this is what you mean or not? I searched for a fleece shrug pattern and this site came up.

Shouldn't be too hard to make. I don't knit, but think that a cloak top with knitted wristlets on the ends would work nicely.
I have a long shawl with pockets in each end, they are marvelous for a tissues and a cell phone when worn over a warm nighty while reading in bed or on the couch with a warm lap robe. I think that all it needs now are those wristlets you mentioned. Thanks, I'd never have noticed their lack till now.
