I told you a couple weeks ago about my fiskar scissors not working properly anymore. I emailed them. They told me to try oiling it first and if that didn't work they would send me a new spring. Well I tried the oil and gave them a call to speed up the mailing process. Well when I explained to the man that I had already emailed them and oiled the the scissors and still didn't work, he told me to send them back and they would replace them. So off to the post office tomorrow. Couldn't believe that they are going to replace them.

I had a problem with my rotary cutter, and all I had to do was take a picture of it, and they mailed me a new one. I was impressed.
