This isn't about what sewing things you can take but if you're flying internationally and are on any prescription medicines PLEASE check ahead of time and make sure that they are legal in the countries that you are going to. A friend of mine went to Lithuania a few years ago and had to change 3 of her meds before she went because the drugs she was on could have gotten her arrested and jailed there.

prescription bottles and take copies of the scripts. Did so, but had no problem in Fiji or NZ. I am sure that it is different in different countries.
