I can see it a bit, and what I see looks fantastic. Keep up the good work.
May your stitches always be straight, your seams always lie flat, and your grain never be biased against you.

I sat on my horse, galloping back and forth, trying not to look too closely at the centre quilting and loved what I saw. Took the hourse outside, sat in front of my screen and looked again Still can't see the centre quilting very well Great feathers!! You really are improving so keep on quilting!

    Silly woman!!!
Astride your galloping horse, I know you cannot see the feathers, let alone the centre!

I have tried FMQ feathers, taken classes from the best of teachers, and needless to say will never be able to do them. I'm so envious of those who can. Anael, they are beautiful.

Thank you all for your kind comments on my feathers

Feline fanatic, your feathers are stunning! I can do the branched off ones but the others?? Will have to practice a lot more!

QuiltE, I did see your feathers, horse or not They're really great and you have improved a lot!!! So sit down, pat yourself on the back and practice some more.......hahaha

Sorry, Anael ... haven;t had a chance to practice again yet ..... but definitely want to and will

Still haven;t had a chance to try for some better pics, with the suggestions that have come my way .... some day, that will happen!

Thanks everyone for the feedback on this topic .... a lot of really good ideas and styles for us all to try out and master! (along with how to take better pics too!)

Though, this does not need to be the end ... Keep it coming, as you think of other feathering ideas, or find pics to share. THANK YOU!!!!!!!
