What about snowball blocks? Or a totally scrappy DP9? Your photo shows such a variety that you could just put them together as they are and have a very nice quilt.

What about a tumbler quilt?

Any number of charm packs patterns would work.

What about a Chiclets pattern?

There are at least 2 different "Nickel Quilts" books that I know of using 5" charms.
