Craftsy has a free BOM from 2012 that is excellent. You do have to sign up but the class is free and very good.

Meanmom, you must be very good at what you do. So they keep coming back for more. If you've found you're overextending yourself, I have a trick for you. As soon as discussion begins on starting something new, SIT ON YOUR HANDS.

I enjoy running it once I figure out what design to use. The hardest part is finding something that is easy enough for the new quilters but looks impressive enough for those with more experience.
Actually this year I accidentally gave wrong sewing instructions for the mystery quilt one month. At least nothing was cut wrong. SO the first step the next month was to unsew most of what you sewed last month. I felt awful about it. I did bring apology chocolate chip cookies for everyone. One member joked that I should make another mistake so they could have more cookies.

Apology chocolate chip cookies would be just the thing to smooth it over!

You could start with Judy Hopkins' "501 Rotary Cut Quilt Blocks". It has directions for multiple sizes of blocks, from about 4" up to 12", and some even larger. It shows just what size to cut, how to cut and so on. I used it just last week to design my blocks for my longarm challenge.

Now I have to quilt it... as soon as I manage to leave work early enough to pick up some batting at the LQS.
