Does anyone have places to find free embroidery designs?
I have a new machine would like to add more designs to my
machine. I have a usb stick to put the designs on from the computer but I don't want to spend money on them til I have the machine paid for.
    Thanks for your help.

If you type in embroidery patterns there are so many places to buy patterns you will be in hog heaven.
OPW sells for many artists. all of them put free patterns in there sets so you can try them out! I can't remember what it stands for something about patchwork....Oregon PatchWork! check it out!

    Julia's design's has patterns for $1.00.
    zippy designs!
Oh well, as soon as you start seeing one or 2 sites there will be so many more! They advertize on each other's sites!
Some ask for a fee and you can download everything they have on the site.
    Amazing Designs.
Some have a free design every day and a new font every month or week! I will check out some more. I have a Bernina 830 and am addicted to designs. I just get the designs ...(hahahaha)

Be careful of the free designs. They don't always stitch out as full as pictured, bad digitizing. I do a practice piece first. Wastes thread but saves project. And make sure you have enough stablizer to support the amount of stitches in the design.
Here are some of my favorite sites.
    Secrets of Embroidery
    Embroidery.com
    DesignsBy Sick.com
    CreativeDesigns.com
I hope that this is helpful.
