Free massage ball pattern

Looking for a free pattern to make a massage ball...smaller or about the size of a tennis ball. Just need two pieces..I think..and then I'll fill it with rice.

I have never seen one done with rice, but I have seen "stress" balls made out of balloons filled with flour!
