I posted about having my antique Singer that we found at an antique mall refurbished but that came back to me not working. The seller had serious health issues so I asked for some ideas on what to do.

Well yesterday my DH got tired of looking at the machine and cabinet just sitting there and decided to try and repair it himself. As amazing as it seems to me, he did a great job and now the little guy purrs like a kitten. Wires were totally disconnected on the machine so he had to rewire and put connectors on them. I insisted he be the first one to turn it on since he's not really handy with electrical devices but he did a great job on this one. :D

Wow, that must be a load off your mind. Good for hubby. He came through in a pinch and saved the day! Smooth sewing from here on out!
