Fusible Applique Question

Here are the pictures. The pattern is "Happy Halloween" by Amy Bradley Designs. He modified it some. The mummy was made from one piece of fabric. Lines were sewn to make it look like strips. On the pumpkin, he digitized his own spider to embroider on the picture. He picked out his own fabrics (something I find hard to do). He used Cherrywood fabrics for the block backgrounds because of the intensity of color, and he used Steam-a-Seam 2 for his fusing, and then blanket stitched everything down. Today he has been preparing the sandwich for quilting (it is all marked) and tomorrow the quilting will begin. Hope you enjoy the pictures. This is my first time posting my own pictures, and in the "preview post" they look enormous. Hope they come out okay for the Quilting Board. Alice
