I have the regular Go! The baby Go! is much less versatile (very few dies for it compared to the regular Go!) and cuts fewer layers at a time. Also, it appears that the company is discontinuing at least some of the strip dies for the Go! Baby:

I bought the regular Go and didn't like it. I didn't like being confined to just Go brand dies. I sold it and bought the Big Shot Pro and I love it. It takes my Go dies plus all sizzix dies and most studio dies. I also had trouble using the Go-my shoulder would hurt after a few cuts. But the Big Shot Pro is super easy to use (there is a regular Big Shot which is inexpensive that would be about the size of the Baby Go but takes more brands of dies).
My sister has the Go and she's happy with it so it just depends on if you'll be happy with the limited selection of Go dies.

I have the Go and the Go Baby but my DD borrowed the Baby so I probably won't get it back. I haven't found that many quilt patterns that I can't get a die for the size shapes. Most quilt patterns use the same standard size pieces for the most part. I cut my fabric to fit the die so I have very little waste. If you do Bonnie Hunter's patterns, I haven't found one that I couldn't cut with the Go dies.

Keep the go dies and get the GO Adapter to add to your Studio. It is a plastic piece you add underneath your Go die to take up the space because the Go dies are so much thinner. I got mine and I can use both Studio and Go dies.
