On Friday and unfortunately not for fun. My two nephews Papa passed away and my SIL asked me to accompany them for the memorial. Anyhow I am hoping to stop by a quilting store in Anchorage. I am sure one of you lovely quilters know of one to visit, if you wouldn't mind sharing with me!

If you can get to Sitka, there is a lovely shop there.

as I recall prices were much higher when I was there for fabric.... so try to brace your self for the sticker shock...

Your and your family will be in my prayers for safe travels and comfort

Where in Alaska are you going? If you are going to Anchorage there are a couple in mid town close to Sears. I moved from there to Florida in 07 and for the life of me can not remember their names now. I'm sure one of our Anchorage members can tell you.
Sorry for your loss.
