Got a "new to me" Consew sewing machine today

It really is a long-time dream come true. I have wanted an industrial machine for years, but they are so expensive. Found a used one on Craigslist for a reasonable price. A Consew 206RB-1.

No manual, but I found some YouTube videos with information about threading it and changing the bobbin, and sewing with it, etc. Very handy.

I think I can sew just about anything with this machine. What I really want it for is quilting my quilts. It will sew through the 3 layers with no problems. This thing is so heavy duty I could sew 12 hours a day for the rest of my life and not wear it out!

The lady I got it from said she got it to do production sewing at home. I believe she was making teddy bears, but she did mention that she made a quilt on it too. Then she had changes in her life and it just sat for a long time, so she wanted to get rid of it. It does need some TLC, just cleaning and oiling and it will be ready to go.

The picture is of a Consew 206RB-5, but mine looks very similar.
