Grace Frame

I have a gracie frame and use my bernina.with it...I general use the all over stipple....But you can do anything you like...You can do something different with the borders...I have used a stencil to mark the borders before I put it in the frame....then turn the quilt around when I need to...Does this help ?? I am a beginner with the free motion, but the more I do the more I like it...

mine is a standard stand-alone frame... how would I go about getting the slider board/machine tray to put my machine on? OMG this could mock the LA I have wanted, may get me by until I can save up $$ for true LA I want? Sounds too good to be true, I don't wanna get my hopes up just yet...

If the picture you posted is the frame you have it is the hand quilting frame.
The machine quilting frames are built different:

I found mine on Craigslist. It is an older version of this one:

I want a hand quilting frame too.
