I just received a quilt magazine in the mail with a flyer offering me the bargin price of "Quick Quilts" for only $6.99, which includes shipping and handling!. I had purchased a copy at the store while I was out, so I looked at the price on it and was amazed that I had paid $4.99, which included s & h. Am I nuts, or what part of a bargin would that be??

Don't fall for it. I did. I thought it was a larger book and not just a magazine. I will certainly be more careful in the future.

did you check to see if it was for just that one magazine or more to come. I really like the Quick Quilts and have had a subscription with them for some tme now.and enjoy each one.
sometimes they do have some really good deals on new subscribers.
I would check it out before doing anything.....one never knows...

I am hoping it was for a subscription, but I doubt it. Will see in a couple of months.

I saw nothing special about it, I was only noticing the price when I could get the same magizine in a store for $2.00 cheaper.
