I will in just a little while..my dad took the rollers or the wood you roll the fabric onton...but will send pictures of the legs ....will get pictures the hardware on the end of the rollers tomorrow ...dad is making my new rollers....I have never quilted before but found a small 41 x 41 pattern I would like to try so I did some reading and they said to make the rollers 12 inches longer than the size of the quilt...what do you think ??

I think it is great that you are going to try to use it...

And great that your Dad is making the new parts... document all of this for the future generations ...

And have a great time bonding with your ancestors..

It looks just like mine. The only thing, is I only use rollers, I don't use the confusing rolling rods that have the ratchet ends on them. I pin the 2 ends of the quilts to the fabric on my rollers, add batting and top, then roll. The only problem with my hand made frame is I can't work from center out. So I have to work from one direction to the other.

Mine is slightly different, but the same idea. I'll take a couple pics tomorrow and post them to see if that helps. It is set up at my mom's house next door.
