    Great to be back quilting!

I hadn't been able to sit at my sewing machine since the first of the year. I had double knee replacement surgery and while I was in the hospital I had new flooring put in so I had to move everything out before my surgery. Then I had to wait until April until I was recovered enough to strip the wallpaper and repaint. I finally have everthing done and am able to quilt again! My first project is a Quilt of Valor that I started last year and then I'll make my grandkids' quilts for Christmas and I'll throw in some quick finish wallhangings and start a quilt or two for me and then........

I'm so glad you are finally able to do what you want. You sure have lots of plans.

Never regret growing older, its a privilege denied to many.

Welcome back; I'm already worn out reading all you've done - and with double knee surgery!
