    Great resource! Thanks for sharing. (I thought your post might be about tension headaches or tense shoulders...but these might decrease if we learn to adjust the tension on our machines!)

    Bob at Superior Threads is a great source of information. IF any of you have a chance to take one of his classes/seminars at Expo's or Shows, do so! I did, and the ladies (gents) were having a 'ah ha' or OMG moments.

    He was part of the Ricky Tims seminar I took. He was very educational.
