I think you find them in the picture section at Michael's, Joann's Hobby Lobby, etc. Great tip!

Walmart here has a big selection and lots of refill sizes. Around Christmas season there is usually a display next to hanging decorations. For some reason if they are in the Christmas section they are 50% off after Christmas. I stocked up last Christmas sale. I bought all that was left. I have five or more packages of each size hook plus refills. I doubt I need to buy more for years! and I noticed they cost more this year.

I used the hooks on the wall to hang up most of my rulers but never thought of the strips for this. My treadle sewing machines have no mark so this will work great on them!
