I have a quilting guide for my Walking Foot that will ONLY work if I put it on the right side of the foot. I need it on the left side and it just WON'T cooperate. Any suggestions? I am machine quilting and I roll up my quilt and go from the middle to the right...unrolling as I go. I need the quide on the left so I can measure from the last line of quilting.

My walking foot came with 2 guides, one for the left and one for the right. Both slide into the same hole in the back of the foot.

That's what I need. Guess I'll be looking for another walking foot. It would really help to be able to use it either direction.

Forgive me if this sounds silly ... Why can't you turn the quilt around so it can be used from the right side? I also have both for my foot, but I use the right more than the other by doing this.

because it is so much easier to quilt a large quilt with most of the bulk to the left side of the machine and not have to stuff it through the opening to the right of the needle.
