    Halloween Fabric at Joann's

    I went to Joann's today mainly to replenish my Halloween stash. Halloween fabric is NOT on sale. I saw "50% off Easter fabrics" and "50% off St. Patrick's Day fabrics" but anything Halloween was full price. I asked the lady who was cutting to check which she did and she was told by the manager that yes, full price is in effect. One of the fabrics I was interested in was $12.49/yard. Do they think anyone will pay that price? They are going to have a lot of bolts of fabric to put away. This was in NJ; maybe other stores have different pricing but if that's all you're going for, call first and maybe save yourself a trip.

    It's probably because Halloween has become such a popular holiday. I don't need any Halloween fabric right now, but thanks for the tip.

    I bought some at my local JoAnn's yesterday (Sunday) and it was 1/2 price. I got a beautiful black with goldish/orange glitter motifs on it and am going to give it to my DD to make some table runners to sell at her annual craft sale at her church.

    I recieved a email from them this morning. It said that of their holiday fabric was up 60% off today.

    in Dubuque, Iowa Joann's Halloween fabric was 60 percent off for a couple of weeks before Halloween

    I've noticed Halloween fabric in particular often doesn't go on sale as quickly as other holiday fabrics at Joann's. Usually 3-4 days after Halloween it'll finally go on sale. I should swing by after work today and check, I adore Halloween fabric! All the owls and ravens and fun kicky colors...yay!

    I would guess there will be a delay on reducing it since it had been on sale for so long . I think it was 50-60% off here for several weeks before the holiday

    When it is not on sale, that is when I use my coupon. You would think with all the Halloween candy on sale half off that the fabric would be too.
