At work tonight I had two ladies who asked if I knew anything about the cutting mats. I played 'humble' and said that I knew a little. Another regular customer was also there and quietly snickered. I then proceeded to talk to these two ladies for the next 20 minutes about cutting mats, rotary cutters, rulers, templates, fuzzy cutting and then on to sewing machines, long arms, embroidery machines.
It was a joy to be able to educate them!

That cool. It's fun to share your knowledge with others isn't it. You never know. You probably inspired a new quilter there.

nice to share what you know, but the term is "fussy" cutting. I only correct you because I too tend to spell like I talk ;-)

I refuse to deal with grammar ;-)

YAY!!! I love it when us older gals & experienced quilters can share our knowledge with younger and inexperienced sewers.
