I also have the classic Hinterberg floor frame. I love it. I have learned to use a larger thimble on my thumb and I have no problem quilting away from myself. I have it up in my family room so I can be with my husband at night while we watch tv

I also have a hinterberg frame with the three bars, and I like it very much, the problem is space. I have it on the third floor right now but don't get up there very often...I'm not sure why? Have a hinterberg hoop in my lr that I use daily.
