I would have to agree with BellaBoo, my experience with them was the same. I will never buy anything from them again.

Customer service is the first with all businesses. Within a small or large community: if there is no customer service there is no business, no business=no pay checks for the employees.

Most of the products can be purchased from other sources.

Businesses that make it difficult for me to do business with them - not my first choice. I'd go elsewhere. I'm so thankful for this site because we share our experiences good and bad. It helps me so much. I stopped using my local viking dealer because of their customer service. I got a dealer highly rated on Angies list in Twin Cities. He will fix my broken Elna and Pfaff machines and he's reasonable! Wow! No one in my area was even willing to work on my machines. I'm so grateful, I didn't want to lose either machine.

I've bought books/patterns several different times with no problems but have not needed to return anything.

If you google "quilt care instruction labels" you will find several other places that sell them.

I purchased a book from them with good service; however, I didn't have to return it. Not familiar with their return policy.
