I purchased a book from them with good service; however, I didn't have to return it. Not familiar with their return policy.
I've purchased books and maybe some rulers from softexpressions for years with no problems. haven't lately though.
I have heard of this company but have not ordered anything from them. I usually look for and read a company's return policy before ordering to avoid any unpleasant surprises, and this company has a whole page devoted to those issues. Fortunately, there are other more customer-friendly companies which have the products I'm looking for. Unless you can't find what you are looking for somewhere else, I would not take any chances with this company.

You can buy Restoration at lots of other places (Keepsake and The Stitchery have it). I used it on an old quilt that
had bad yellow markings along the fold lines. They came out completely! I think the stuff is great.
i've used it once and had a positive experience. i did not try to return anything so i can not address that.
The only bad days are the ones you don't get.
