I've also talked to Amish women about this, and you are correct, it is not true. It must be really frustrating to have that hoax constantly perpetrated.

Maybe if you marked where the mistake is we would see it but I see nothing wrong with it.

The little extra tuck-under is a point at the top right of the inside white piece. It took me a long time to find it, and it's not that bad. It looks Great! and Beautiful!

Well, I have to tell you that I don't see anything wrong with your appliqued piece. Granted I need new glasses and I'm developing cataracts, (my feeble attempt at humor) but it's beautiful. I don't think anyone else can see a flaw either. I'm a perfectionist myself, but there comes a time to just let it go. It's beautiful and I love your fabric.

I'm glad it's official the Amish says it's not true. I never believed the Amish did that anyway but never met a Amish person to find out.

Don't worry about it. A person on a fast horse won't be able to even see it !!

Took me two minutes to find the problem----------after you told me. Don't bother with fixing it.
