Gail, there are several tutorials on this board for needle turn applique. Go to the top of the page and put in "Needle Turn Applique and several will come up.

This needleturn isn't as easy as it looks. My sewing room is a huge mess, I think every peice of fabric is out of the closet and on the table since I was trying to get the perfect combinations. My fingers are sore and my neck hurts.......

Who says quilting isn't a workout. Walked at lease a mile going to and from fabric closet, lifted a ton of fabric and scraps, had to stretch to reach top shelf and we aren't even going to mention picking all of the scraps I dropped on the floor!!
