I picked it up at a local quilt show and now wonder if its more then I can handle, because I opened the package at home and was more then totally confused with everything. However, I want to do it for my father since he loves wolves.

It looks complicated but beautiful.
I would find a way to make it simpler. I am known among my quilting friends for changing everything to make it fit my style.
Do the pattern call for needle turn applique or raw edge?

Did the wolf and the bear. They both came out beautiful. Just take it one step at a time, nice and slow. Do not try to rush this project. I sold both and did not think to take pics. They were not hard just time consuming. They take a lot of small pieces of fabric. If I remember I used Misty Fuse and after getting all the peices ironed down I just stippled over everything using clear thread.....I think I used the smoke one instead of the clear. Everything was left raw edge. I worked on these when no one was around just some music to keep me company. They are worth the work!
