i brought a singer futura quartet for 4 in 1 at htn , it suppose to do four thing like sew, and embroidery, connect with the computer but everytime i connect with the cable usb cord the computer say connect error, check out usb cable connection ,i have check connection on computer i need help any suggestion?

Can you try a different cable? Sometimes USB cords are just junk.

try your ports on the computer it has to be the right one, I have to use the same one all the time for embroidery
