I shop there and have always been happy with fabric and thread. Just tried their LA thread and love it. I also buy books when on sale from them. I think it is a great place for online shopping. Just remember everyone has different experiences anywhere they go.

Everyone has probably shopped there. 
It is a good sight to buy from. When I took my quilting class, the instructor was telling me about it. She said it is so nice to sit in your jammies, order fabric and then have it delivered in a timely fashion. Love your avatar!!!

i buy 95% of my threads from Connecting threads- i pick up battings when they are having a great sale- i've picked up a few other things from them- they have free shipping at the $50 level- so i take advantage of that- they have good customer service- have been around for a long time & my orders have arrived quickly (sometimes the day before i get the email saying it shipped)

Yes, I've bought from them and have been completely happy. In fact I need to put an order in soon. I always shop their sales. As mentioned above there are no guarantees but I've had very good luck in fast service from them. I've been pleased with their thread.
